By submitting materials to us, the client represents that they own the materials or have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, releases, and usage rights.
Book Creation Experts is not responsible for copyright infringement, trademark disputes, privacy violations, defamation claims, plagiarism allegations, inaccurate statements, unauthorized disclosures, or other legal issues resulting from content or instructions supplied or approved by the client.
We reserve the right to reject or discontinue projects involving unlawful, deceptive, infringing, defamatory, hateful, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate content.
5. Intellectual Property and Ownership
Subject to full payment and the terms of the applicable service agreement, clients receive ownership rights to the final custom deliverables created specifically for their project, as described in the purchased plan.
Client ownership does not automatically include:
- Drafts or concepts that were not selected or approved.
- Our internal processes, templates, systems, tools, or working files.
- Third-party software, fonts, plugins, stock media, music, photographs, illustrations, or licensed assets.

Book covers, interior layouts, ebook files, print files, websites, landing pages, and branding materials are created based on the information and preferences provided by the client.
Colors, spacing, fonts, page counts, images, and layouts may appear differently depending on the device, browser, screen, printing company, paper type, trim size, marketplace, or publishing platform.
Book Creation Experts is not responsible for variations caused by third-party printers, distributors, devices, browsers, publishing platforms, hosting providers, plugins, software updates, or display settings.
The client must review and approve all final files, dimensions, text, images, links, prices, payment details, and contact information before publication or public launch.
9. Marketing, Testimonials, and Portfolio Examples
Any testimonials, reviews, ratings, case studies, portfolio samples, estimated outcomes, or client experiences displayed on our website represent individual projects or opinions. They do not guarantee that every client will receive identical or similar results.
